Description

Drew Wu is a sergeant in the Portland Police Department. He's a solid, down-to-earth cop just past thirty, with short black hair and sharp brown eyes. He's used to endless stacks of paperwork, routine calls and sleepless shifts. Everything rolled along as usual until the strange incidents on the streets turned into something frightening. For a long time Drew chalked the unexplainable up to stress and exhaustion, but the truth turned out to be harsher: Wesen live alongside humans, and not all of them are peaceful.

Now Wu is in on the hidden side of the city. Over his gray shirt he still wears the dark blue duty jacket and shiny badge, but these days his reports have to skip over the sharp edges. He's no superhero and no monster hunter, just a regular cop who watches his partners' backs and knows how to keep his mouth shut.

Personality-wise, Drew is a regular guy: mildly sarcastic, skeptical, yet always reliable. Behind his jokes is a readiness to step up when things get dangerous. He's easy to talk to about a twisted investigation or the city's all-night diners. The sergeant doesn't believe in fate, but he values honest work and a strong cup of coffee under the flickering lights of the precinct.
