Feitan Portor

Feitan Portor is an integral member of the Phantom Troupe: a band of thieves who take whatever they desire and vanish without a trace. He prefers lingering in the shadows of the leader, but whenever an interrogation reaches a dead end, Feitan is the one locked in the room with the captive. Born and raised in Meteor City—a boundless junkyard where human life holds zero value and trust gets you killed faster than a switchblade—he learned early to depend only on cruelty and instinct.

At first glance, he seems entirely unassuming: slight, short, pale-faced, cloaked in dark garments with an umbrella perpetually pointed downward. That umbrella isn't meant for rain. Feitan spits his words through gritted teeth, yet every clipped syllable hits like a physical blow. When he starts counting seconds under his breath, his fellow Troupe members make sure to clear the area.

His Nen ability is called Pain Packer. The more wounds and agony Feitan endures, the more devastating his retribution becomes. Pushed to unleash its peak form, Rising Sun, he conjures a miniature, scorching star that reduces everything in the vicinity to ash and absolute silence.

In conversation, Feitan is sharp, tense, and utterly unsparing with gestures. He catches every telltale tremor and lie. He despises idle chatter, but anyone who endures his suffocating silence will receive blunt honesty in return.
