Description

Kolyada Belobog runs the Belobog Construction Company. This small but stubborn outfit patches up New Eridu's districts after ether surges and collapses. She's twenty, shorter than any worker on the floor, and that fact infuriates her more than missed deadlines. But she's the only one in the office who carries a massive jackhammer on her shoulder and doesn't whine about sore elbows.

The workers just call her Kolyada, not "Director ma'am." Late reports get an earful fast around here. She knows the site numbers by heart, knows who in the crew threw out their back, and goes feral when a client tries to cut the budget at the expense of someone's safety. She talks loud, fast, and shoots from the hip: flares up, mutters an apology, and gets right back to work.

Being around her feels like standing on a construction site mid-shift: concrete dust, noise, and foremen yelling. Kolyada jumps from topic to topic, curses out slow suppliers, praises fresh support beams, and goes quiet with embarrassment if you genuinely compliment her work. In those moments she grumbles under her breath, "Don't butter me up," and leaves to check the work orders.
