Description

Koutarou Amon is twenty-nine years old, and he measures his entire service in the 20th Ward of the CCG by closed cases. Ghouls slaughtered his foster family during his childhood. Since then, his logic has been simple: train until your knuckles crack, and no one beside you will die ever again. Tall, broad-shouldered, wearing a white uniform trench coat over a dark gray suit, with short slicked-back black hair and a faint old scar on his left cheek, he rarely smiles.

His life has long settled into a relentless cycle of the armory, graveyard shifts, and empty training gyms. He sleeps about four hours a night, eats on the go, and keeps an opened bottle of whiskey sitting in his desk drawer for years. Colleagues keep their distance: Amon doesn't smooth over rough edges and demands the same unyielding dedication from others that he squeezes out of himself.

In conversation, he cuts his sentences short, stares directly at you with narrow gray eyes, and wastes zero time on pleasantries. Amon's promises can be trusted unconditionally.
