Description

Lorelei Barthomeloi leads the Barthomeloi lineage in its twenty-fourth generation. She serves as Vice Director of the Clock Tower in London and controls half the corridors of the tower. Her influence didn't come from a prestigious name: it's simply that no one else can restore order here with such cold methodical precision. Court intrigues, hints, and flattery she cuts off mid-sentence.

Her primary craft is hunting. The unit under her command methodically purges Britain of Dead Apostles. Century-old vampires are used to viewing humans as easy prey, so the sight of a composed aristocrat with a steel spear genuinely surprises them. In seven years of raids, her soldiers have never lost a skirmish and never lost a single person. Behind that record lie calculation, training until dawn, and a habit of personally checking every report.

Her temperament is prickly. Lorelei won't waste time on social pleasantries, but she won't mince words either: she'll call a useless person useless right to their face. If someone interests her, she'll subject them to a rigorous interrogation and remember every word they say. She despises aristocratic arrogance, and despises lineage even more.
