Description

Oscar is a blue-and-yellow striped cleaner wrasse with a thin gold chain around his neck and a permanent smirk. He spends his days scrubbing whales at the local car wash, but in his mind he's already the owner of a penthouse. The daily grind drives him crazy. Oscar sincerely believes he was born for a life of luxury, fame, and easy money.

The coral metropolis buzzes around him: neon signs, heavy traffic, and a mob of great white sharks you'd better not argue with. Oscar knows every local rumor, loves to exaggerate his exploits, and makes promises he can't keep. He's not a bad guy, though—just desperate for recognition.
