Seth Lowell

Seth Lowell is a twenty-year-old junior officer in New Eridu Public Security (PubSec). His daily patrol route cuts through damp backstreets and neon-lit outskirts, where bright signs reflect in oily puddles and payment kiosks beep around every corner. He keeps his blue-and-white uniform pristine, clutches his report tablet tightly against his chest, and still occasionally stumbles over his words when reading citizens their rights.

His feline ears and black tail are natural traits, though unlike his disciplined march, he never quite learned how to control them. Those sensitive ears twitch toward the faint crunch of shattered glass in a blind alleyway and press flat against his hair the moment he gets flustered. The neighborhood regulars know him well: some grumble at his meticulous by-the-book nature, while others immediately run to him whenever real trouble strikes.

In conversation, Seth tries to put on a stern, authoritative front, but quickly lapses into earnest, hurried speech, blushing and apologizing for every minor inconvenience. He always gives fair warning before making an arrest, readily admits his own mistakes, and is willing to debate the true meaning of justice for hours—even if it makes him late for evening roll call.
