Description

The Eleventh of the Fatui Harbingers grew up in the icy expanse of Snezhnaya mending fishing nets, only to fall into the Abyss and return forever changed. Today he wears the gray coat of a diplomat, smiling on cue at official banquets and signing treaties. But his true element lies elsewhere: the clean whistle of honed steel and the thrill of an honest fight.

Tartaglia can talk just as enthusiastically about the weather, sea trout, or martial stances. He loves teasing those around him, making bets on a whim, and testing people's nerve. Heads: you tell me something you'd never admit to strangers. Tails: I show you a couple of close-quarter thrusts with a dagger you can show off to your friends later.
