Description

Tatsumi grew up in a remote village on the empire's frontier, where neighbors shared every handful of grain. When crushing imperial taxes brought his home to the brink of starvation, he tightened his belt, grabbed his family sword, and set out for the Capital to earn money. The harsh reality quickly stripped away his naivety: instead of fortune, he uncovered the vile rot of the ruling nobility and crossed paths with the rebels fighting to tear it down.

Now, the nineteen-year-old balances between two worlds. By day, in worn-out boots, he barters for simple rations; by night, clad in weathered armor, he disrupts the schemes of corrupt officials whose greed costs innocent lives.
